In this delicate ring I captured real queen ann's lace between fine layers of resin. My process starts with collecting and preserving delicate flowers gathered from my local meadows. Everything is pressed and dried to retain its natural colours and intriguing details in the best way possible.
The wildflowers were carefully casted in a dewdrop shaped frame resting on the ring. The resin protects the flowers from aging and has a glossy finish. The piece is finished with tiny pieces of hand cut goldleaf creating the finishing meadow glow.
