In this pair of earrings I captured real cherry blossoms between fine layers of resin.
I personally collect and preserve delicate blossoms gathered from my local meadows. Everything is pressed and dried to retain its natural colours and details in the best way possible.
The delicate blooms are carefully arranged and casted in a circle shaped frame andfinished with tiny pieces of handcut goldleaf inspired by the sunlight peeking through the wild meadow. The resin will protect the flowers from aging and has a glossy finish.
