In this necklace I captured one of summers most gorgeous fowers, a real Delphinium flower. On the back of the flower I added a meaningful echo.
My process starts with collecting and preserving wildflowers gathered from Flanders wild meadows. Everything is pressed and dried to retain its natural colours and details in the best way possible.
The flower was carefully casted in a high quality circle shaped frame. The resin protects the flower from aging and has a glossy finish. The piece is finished with tiny pieces of hand cut gold leaf inspired by the sunlight peeking through the elegant petals.
